UNVERNUNFT has been around on a small scale since 2014 and became a company in 2018 and my main job (Franz).

Behind UNREASON is Franz (i.e. me :D). With the help of some great friends, I built UNREASON into what it is today. Find out more on the "About Us" page.

Products

So that you can enjoy your UNREASON clothing for a long time, there are a few things to consider when washing:

- Always wash inside out (print inside)

- Wash at a maximum of 30 degrees

- Do not use fabric softener or bleach

Our products are normal . If this is not the case, it can be found directly with the respective product.

If you prefer something looser, you should order one size larger.


We also offer some products in oversize cuts. Please inform yourself in detail on the respective product page .

Since we mainly offer UNISEX products, we recommend taking one size smaller for women .

Our products are manufactured internationally with the highest quality standards.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

The shipping costs within Germany are €5.90.

From an order value of 75€, delivery within Germany is free of charge .

Your order will be sent to you within 2-7 working days .

Normally you can look forward to your order in 2-5 working days . Since the products are all hand-packed by me, there may be delays in rare cases if there is a high volume of orders. I ask for your understanding

Our products are shipped with DHL from Germany.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. This e-mail will take you to a shipping overview, simply click on the DHL tracking number to see the current status of your order. If this is not the case for technical reasons, simply send us a message using the contact form .

RETURN/ EXCHANGE/ COMPLAINT

Basically, we would like to appeal to you to avoid returns and exchanges as far as possible, because they harm our young company, but also the environment. Therefore, please note our size charts and do not order any items "to try on". If you still have a question, please use the contact form . We would be happy to advise you.

(A little tip for good karma: just give away your product to a loved one. This way you make someone happy and we protect the environment :) )

However, since the satisfaction of our customers is very important to us, you can of course return your order within 30 days of receipt.

Please understand that we cannot assume the costs for a return.

In the case of an exchange, we share the shipping costs. You pay for the return shipping, but we will pay the full cost of shipping the exchange. fair right? :)

If your order was mis-delivered, we apologize.

Of course, we will then send you the correct item free of charge and you will receive a return slip for the return of the faulty item.

Our products are handcrafted by professionals with a trained eye and a great deal of skill.

Should a small error occur here, of course, there is no reason to panic.

Please simply use our return form and let us know about your defect. We will then send you a replacement item as soon as possible.

We ask you to settle your invoice with Klarna, even if you want to return individual products from your order or your entire order.

If you do not pay your invoice to Klarna, there is a risk of reminder fees from Klarna, over which we unfortunately have no influence.

As soon as we have processed your return, your money will be automatically refunded by Klarna.
